Kate and Kacey Coppola

The music career of Kate and Kacey Coppola began at an early age.  Born in Iowa and raised in Colorado, the identical twin sisters started performing together in public at the age of 7 as part of the international travelling choral group, The Colorado Children's Chorale.  They both found their love for theater soon after starring in such plays as “Grease”, “Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat”, "How To Succeed In Business Without Really Trying", “Fiddler on the Roof”, and more.  Kate and Kacey were also 2 of 12 vocalists chosen for the Grammy/NARAS Jazz Ensemble where they performed at Grammy functions and nominee parties.

The Coppolas attended the University of Southern California on a music scholarship studying Music Industry and Jazz Performance. They then moved their talents down to Nashville, TN where they landed a publishing deal with EMI Music Publishing and a record deal with Big Machine Records.  As the country duo “Kate and Kacey”, they have spent the past 12 years on the road, writing songs for George Strait and Jamey Johnson, performing at the Grande Ole Opry, and touring with Kenny Chesney, Little Big Town, Miranda Lambert, and Julianne Hough. Kate and Kacey were also finalists on the CMT hit show “Can You Duet”.  Their single and music video "Dreaming Love" debuted on National Country Radio Stations and CMT, GMC, and CMT Pure.

The past couple years have found Kate and Kacey performing, writing, and back in the theater.  They wrote, produced, and recorded the national television commercial for Colorforms Magic Fashion Show. Kate wrapped White Christmas in Nashville, TN, and Kacey has played leads in “Ring of Fire” and "RESPECT" in Sonora, CA; one of the Andrew's Sisters in "Swing!" at the Encore Dinner Theater in Tustin, CA; “Honky Tonk Angels” at Maples Repertory Theater, and will soon be seen in the world premiere of "Serial Killer Barbie" at the North Hollywood Arts Center .  They also debuted in the new show "Frank and His Girls" - a review of Frank Sinatra.

Kate and Kacey are currently writing and recording new music, including a Christmas Album!  Be sure to catch them performing around the South Bay (Hermosa Beach, Manhattan Beach) this upcoming Holiday Season!
